Question 1

Why did we create this program?

Accepted Answer

We created this program to help you get the best out of your coffee machine from the very first cup. It’s designed to make true specialty quality coffee at home more accessible by offering you 25% off fresh beans from the best roasters in America, with up to $700* in savings available. We'll even give you 2 free bags to get started. And we're the ones covering the cost - so roasters stay whole and you're set up for success from your very first cup. T&C's apply.

Question 2

How do I take part in this program?

Accepted Answer

To participate in the program purchase a participating product from breville.com or an authorized retailer. Then, within 30 days of purchase, register your product. You'll need to create a Breville account, upload your proof of purchase, and choose your preferences for two complimentary bags of coffee from beanz.com.

Once your registration is approved (typically within 5 days), we’ll ship your coffee and activate your 25% discount on beanz.com orders. Just make sure you're logged in with the same email address used for registration. You can buy on subscription or at your convenience—your discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Your 25% discount is valid for 4 years or until your savings reach the cap associated with your machine.

Question 3

Who is beanz.com?

Accepted Answer

The best tasting cup of coffee requires the right beans. That’s why Breville created beanz.com - to connect coffee lovers with a curated selection of 190+ specialty beans, freshly roasted by the country's best and delivered straight to your door. All coffees are at roaster-direct prices with free shipping on subscriptions and one-off orders over $49. You can even try Barista’s Choice and explore a rotating selection of different delicious beans with every delivery.

Question 4

Will I receive two free bags of coffee beans?

Accepted Answer

When your registration is fully completed, we will ship your 2 complimentary bags of coffee beans from beanz.com in the next 5 to 7 business days.

Accepted Answer

You'll be asked to upload a digital copy of your proof of purchase when submitting your registration. How you do this depends on the type of proof of purchase you want to upload.

Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.

Physical proof of purchase

If you are registering on your tablet or phone, you can take a picture of your receipt or invoice using your device and upload the image straight from your picture library.

Uploading your proof of purchase

To upload your proof of purchase, click Upload then simply find and select the image or PDF file you'd like to upload. You can select more than one document if you like.

Once you have uploaded a document, you can upload additional documents by clicking Add file.

If you have selected the wrong file by accident, you can remove it using the delete button (indicated by the bin icon).

Once all your files have been uploaded, click Next.

Question 8

The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:

If you're using a Windows PC

Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double-click it.

Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.

Select Resize.

Select M Best for emails and messages.

Give the file a name you'll remember and click Save.

You should now be able to upload the new file.

If you're using a Mac

You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac.

When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.

If you're using an Android device

Open your Android's camera.

Select Settings.

Set your Picture quality settings to Standard.

Take the picture of your proof of purchase again.

You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're still unable to, try setting your Picture quality to Low.

If you're using an iPhone or iPad

Tap the Photos app.

Find the image of your receipt.

Tap Edit.

Tap the crop button in the bottom-left corner.

Tap the white square button in the bottom-right corner.

Choose the size you'd like to crop your picture to.

When you've done this, try uploading it again. If you're still unable to, follow the steps again and choose a smaller size.
