15 ml whole milk
1½ tsp granulated sugar
30 ml hazelnut syrup
divided
Ice-cubes

1 medium cold brew shot

White chocolate
grated, to garnish
Toasted hazelnuts
grated, to garnish

Instructions

Place the cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.

Fill a medium-size glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining hazelnut syrup. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with white chocolate and hazelnuts to serve.
