Ingredients: 350 g strawberries - hulled; ⅓ cup (10 g) loosely packed mint leaves; ⅓ cup (65 g) granulated sugar; 1 cup (240 ml) chilled vodka; 1¾ cups (420 ml) chilled pomegranate juice

Put the strawberries, mint and sugar in the blender and secure the lid. CHOP for 2-3 seconds until coarsely chopped.

Add the vodka and pomegranate juice. MIX for 4-5 seconds until just combined.
