Measurements:
Rinse the chickpeas well in cold water to remove excess sodium then place on a paper towel lined tray to dry thoroughly so they can crisp in the oven.
Set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 205°C, for 20 minutes, confirm Rotate Remind and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
Combine the chickpeas and lemon juice. Add the spice mix and stir. Add the oil and stir. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer, in the air fry basket.
Once preheated, place the basket in rack position 3 and cook for 20 minutes. When the Rotate Remind signals, rotate and shake the basket.
The chickpeas should be browned and crisp. If not, give them a little longer.
Cool before serving.
