Instructions
- 1Insert the air fry basket into position 5. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Bake, Super Convection, 190°C, for 18 minutes. Press Confirm for P2, set the oven to Bake, Super Convection, 160°C, for 9 minutes and press Start to preheat.
- 2Once preheated, remove the waffle fries from the freezer and carefully add them to the basket, in a single layer, then cook for 18 minutes in P1. With 9 minutes remaining in P1, carefully turn and shake the fries and continue cooking. The oven will automatically switch to P2. With 5 minutes remaining in P2, carefully turn and shake the fries one more time.
- 3The waffle fries should be golden brown. If not, cook them a little longer. When ready, open the oven door and slide the basket out. Allow the fries to stand for 2 minutes before removing from the oven.
- 4Your air-fried waffle fries are all crunch and sass with their newly golden lattice outfits! Will you serve them with dips n’ salsa or load them up with scrambled eggs and avocado? We love them with bacon bits, sour cream, and green onions and Canadian poutine-style with cheese curds and gravy.
