Instructions

  • 1

Insert the air fry basket into position 3. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Bake, Super Convection, 165°C, for 21 minutes. Press Confirm for P2, set the oven to Bake, Super Convection, 190°C, for 4 minutes and press Start to preheat.

  • 2

Once preheated, remove the sweet potato fries from the freezer and carefully add them to the basket, in a single layer, then cook for 21 minutes in P1. With 7 minutes remaining in P1, carefully shake the fries and continue cooking. The oven will automatically switch to P2. With 2 minutes remaining in P2, carefully shake the fries one more time.

  • 3

The fries should be golden brown and crisp. If not, cook them a little longer. When ready, open the oven door and slide the basket out. Allow the fries to stand for 2 minutes before removing from the oven.

  • 4

Crisp, crunchy and ready to go, so what are you going to serve your sweet potato fries with? A BBQ chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo? Grilled shrimp with a squeeze of lime? Or pulled pork with a tangy sauce? These sweet potato superstars also love a saucy chicken wing, chunky bratwurst or a slow cooked brisket.
