I purchased this pack in Sept 2020. The jug is still working, albeit very noisily and with regular cleaning of the calcium build up. The toaster has started to fall apart, with strips of mica falling from the inside of the machine. I stopped using it for safety reasons. We are a 2 person household, so I expected a longer life span. I know these things have only a 12 month warranty but I have had toasters that have lasted for years.

Disappointed customer

I brought this product on line from the good guys had to return it as the kettle made a funny tinny noise I am out of pocket for the postage and I can not get a replacement very disappointed.

Great value, good quality, works well

Bought this a few weeks ago, great value for price, good quality and they look good. They do exactly the job they are supposed to. Small issue is, that once the water is boiled in the kettle, the water level indicator fogs up and hard to see the level. To be picky, from an aesthetic point of view, I would match the colour of the lights to be the same, preferably blue , atm the toaster has a blue light, the kettle just white.

Convenient package

While walking through the home appliance store looking for a toaster, I came across the Breakfast Pack.  While i was mainly interested in a toaster, having both a toaster and kettle in a single pack was great as i didn't have to look any further.
The toaster does an excellent job, taking very little time to work out which settings give you the desired toasting outcome.

Great Buy!

We bought this package after waking up with a broken toaster (and because our kettle was on it's way out). It's perfect and great value for money and the stainless steel colour looks great in our kitchen! We ordered online with click and collect and had it the same day! Brilliant!

Individual appliances definitely better option

The toaster doenst fit anything other than your average loaf of bread. No thick toast or tall toast fits.
The Kettle gets super hot on the surface - no insulation like the last one. Have burnt myself twice now. Kettle does boil relatively quickly so thats a pisitive.

Kettle is cheap and unstable

I returned the item as soon as I saw the kettle, its cheap light and very unstable. Not good if you have young children. Not sure why designers are giving kettles round edges on the base so they can roll. Did look at the toaster but could be ok

Looks great, stylish and functional

Great product, love it. Was really very good quality comma the staff were extremely helpful and went through a transition process very smoothly regarding a voucher, full marks to the good guys.
