Professional baristas call adjusting the grind setting to achieve the ideal extraction “dialling it in”. This process regulates the speed of hot water flowing over ground coffee to properly extract the full flavour of the espresso. The Barista Pro™ has 30 grind settings. We recommend starting with setting 15 and adjusting it accordingly.
