    Sourdough Mode

    We love sourdough for its thick crust, chewy centre and uneven bubbles, but those same quirks can make it tricky to toast evenly. Sourdough Mode is designed to handle the imperfections, with Eye Q™ Optic Sensors adjusting as it toasts. Press and hold to activate the Sourdough Mode and if things get extra rustic, just lower the doneness level for a more even result.
