Measurements:

  • medium cold brew shot icon
    1 medium cold brew shot
  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso
  • Aperol icon
    60 ml Aperol
  • sugar syrup icon
    20 ml sugar syrup
  • gin icon
    50 ml gin
  • fresh lemon juice icon
    30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes
  • tonic water icon
    Tonic water

    to serve

  • dried orange slice icon

Instructions

  • 1Pour the cold brew into an ice cube tray and freeze.
  • 2To serve, place the cold brew ice cubes into a serving glass.
  • 3Place the espresso, Aperol, simple syrup, gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
  • 4Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker over the cold brew cubes. Top with tonic water and garnish with a dried orange slice to garnish.
