Measurements:

Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 lime
sliced
Ice cubes
to serve
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
50 ml sugar syrup
150 ml lemonade
Lungo cold brew shot
Lime slices
to garnish
Mint sprig
to garnish

Instructions

1Using a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint and lime.
2Half fill a tall glass with ice and top with the mint and lime mixture. Add the lime juice and sugar syrup.
3Top with the lemonade and cold brew. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprig to serve.
