Measurements:

30 ml gin
30 ml fresh orange juice
30 ml lime juice
30 ml sugar syrup
160 ml Indian tonic water
Ice-cubes
to serve
1 shot espresso
chilled
Lime slice
to garnish

Instructions

Place the gin, orange juice, lime juice, simple sugar syrup and tonic water in a measuring jug and stir to combine.

Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the gin and tonic mixture. Slowly add the chilled espresso and garnish with a fresh lime slice to serve.
