- 1After pulling a long black coffee shot, remove the milk jug, tap out the coffee from the portafilter. Set the espresso machine to double espresso, grind the beans and place the portafilter back in the centre position. Place the jug under and pull the double espresso shot. Serve in a medium-size glass.
