Ingredients
Measurements:
240 ml full cream milk
45 g shelled pistachios
4 tsp caster sugar
Ice cubesto serve
1 medium cold brew shot- Shelled pistachios
finely chopped, to serve
Instructions
- 1Place the milk, pistachios and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour through a sieve lined with cheese cloth to strain into a measuring jug.
- 2Fill a large serving glass with ice and add the pistachio milk. Pour in the cold brew and garnish with chopped pistachios to serve.
