Measurements:

2 bagels
sliced in half
120 g cream cheese
at room temperature
200 g smoked salmon
¼ red onion
very thinly sliced
2 tbsp drained baby capers
2 tbsp dill sprigs
Everything Bagel Seasoning
to sprinkle

Instructions

1Place the bagels in the toaster with the cut side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.
Tip: Select your preferred toasting shade.
2Spread the cream cheese over the toasted bagel. Layer on the salmon, onion, capers and dill. Sprinkle with the seasoning and serve.
