Ingredients

Measurements:

800 g honeydew melon
seeds removed, peeled and coarsely chopped (you’ll need 600g flesh)
2 (480 g) medium oranges
peeled and pith removed
3 (430 g) green kiwifruit
peeled, plus extra for garnish
½ cup (15 g) mint leaves
1 (350 g) medium fennel bulb
stalks and fronds included, halved
1 (200 g) large green apple

With the motor on Soft speed, place the melon in the feed chute and use the food pusher to gently guide the melon down. Repeat with the oranges, kiwifruit and mint. Feed the mint through with the kiwi to help it process more easily.
Tip: To extract the maximum amount of juice, always push the food pusher down slowly.

Switch to Hard speed and juice the fennel and apple.

Stir gently to combine, then pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with kiwifruit slices and serve immediately.
