1 shot cold espresso
beanz.com recommends Verve, Bronson
150 ml whole milk
20 ml strawberry syrup
divided
60 ml heavy cream
30 ml unsweetened coconut cream
Ice-cubes
to serve
Strawberries
to garnish

Instructions

Place the cold espresso, milk and 15ml of the strawberry syrup in a liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.

Place the remaining 5ml (1 teaspoon) strawberry syrup, cream and coconut cream in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.

Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the espresso mixture. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with a strawberry to serve.
