A chilled Greek-inspired classic, the Freddo Cappuccino layers iced espresso with a velvety coffee cream, lightly sweetened and whipped to perfection. Topped with caramelized raw sugar, it’s a bold and indulgent way to cool down your coffee ritual.

Ingredients

Measurements:

1 single cold espresso
100 ml iced water
Ice cubes
to serve
Raw sugar
to serve
Cinnamon stick
to garnish

For the coffee cream

50 ml heavy cream
1 cold ristretto espresso
15 g brown sugar

Instructions

To make the coffee cream, place the cream, ristretto and brown sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.

Combine the cold espresso and water in a tall serving glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top with the coffee cream.

Sprinkle with raw sugar and use a blow torch to caramelize. Garnish with a cinnamon stick to serve.
