To make the osmanthus cream, place the cream, osmanthus sugar syrup, sugar and milk in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
Place the osmanthus sugar syrup in the bottom of a medium serving glass. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
Pour over the cold espresso and top with the osmanthus cream. Garnish with dried osmanthus flowers to serve.
