30 ml unsweetened coconut cream
15 ml simple syrup
Ice-cubes
to serve
1 double shot cold espresso
beanz.com recommends Boon Boona, Bereka
30 ml vanilla syrup
150 ml water
Cocoa powder
to garnish

Instructions

Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.

Fill a small serving glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup and water. Top with the cream foam and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
