Ingredients


Measurements:

  • cherry tomato icon
    250 g cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil icon
    ⅔ cup (160 ml) olive oil
  • balsamic or white balsamic vinegar icon
    1 tbsp balsamic or white balsamic vinegar

  • loosely packed basil leaf icon
    ¾ cup (15 g) loosely packed basil leaf
  • flat-leaf parsley leaves icon
    1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • flaky sea salt icon

  • freshly ground black pepper icon
    Freshly ground black pepper

    to season

Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.

    BLEND for 8-10 seconds until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 3

    Transfer to a clean airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • 4

    Serve drizzled over your favorite salad greens.
