Ingredients

Measurements:

  • small lime icon
    1 (50 g) small lime

    peeled, pith and seeds removed

  • green kiwi icon
    1 (100 g) green kiwi

    peeled

  • medium cucumber icon
    1 (130 g) medium cucumber

    coarsely chopped

  • ice cube icon
    6 ice cubes
  • chilled coconut water icon
    1½ cups (360 ml) chilled coconut water
  • kale leaf icon
    3 (90 g) kale leaves

    stems removed, leaves washed and coarsely chopped

  • medium pear icon
    1 (250 g) medium pear

    quartered, cored

Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.

  • 2

    Select the GREEN SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.

    Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
