Measurements:
1 lungo shot espressochilled
120 ml full cream milk
30 ml sugar syrup
150 g ice-cubes
Coffee beansto garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the chilled espresso, milk, simple syrup and ice in the jug of a blender and blend until combined.
- 2Pour into a tall glass and garnish with coffee beans to serve.
