Measurements:

1 lungo shot espresso
chilled
120 ml full cream milk
60 ml thick caramel syrup
plus extra to garnish
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
60 g ice-cubes
Coffee beans
to garnish

Instructions

Place the chilled espresso, milk, caramel syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.

Drizzle the inside of a short serving glass with caramel syrup. Fill with the caramel espresso frappe and garnish with coffee beans.
