Measurements:

Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 lime
sliced
Ice cubes
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
50 ml sugar syrup
150 ml lemonade
Lungo cold brew shot
Lime slices
to garnish
Mint sprig
to garnish

Instructions

Using a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint and lime.

Half fill a tall glass with ice and top with the mint and lime mixture. Add the lime juice and sugar syrup.
