The Italians call this one a Negroni Svegliato…which translates as “awake”…and wakey, wakey it will certainly do! All the classic flavours of a sweet, bitter, botanical negroni with a delicious cold brew coffee kick. Salute.

Ingredients
Measurements:
50 ml Campari
50 ml gin
50 ml sweet vermouth
1 lungo shot espressochilled
Ice-cubesto serve
Orange peelto garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the Campari, gin, vermouth and chilled espresso in a measuring jug and stir to combine.
- 2Fill a short serving glass with ice and pour over the coffee mixture. Garnish with orange peel to serve.
