Ingredients

Measurements:

1 lungo shot espresso
chilled
120 ml full cream milk
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
60 g Oreo cookies
approximately 5 cookies, plus extra to garnish
30 g ice-cubes
Thick chocolate syrup
to garnish

Instructions

1Place the chilled espresso, milk, ice cream, Oreo cookies and ice in a blender and blend until combined.
2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with chocolate syrup. Pour the espresso cookies and cream shake into the glass and garnish with chopped Oreos.
