Chocolate sauce
to garnish
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 shot espresso
15 ml Baileys Irish cream

Instructions

1Smear the inside of a short coffee glass with chocolate sauce and place the ice cream in the glass.
2Brew the espresso over the Baileys in a separate glass, then pour over the ice cream to serve.
