Measurements:
1 tbsp pistachio pasteplus extra to garnish
Shelled pistachiosfinely chopped to garnish
1 double shot espresso
Full cream milksteamed and textured

Smear the pistachio paste into the bottom of a small serving glass. Dip the glass into the pistachio paste to coat the rim, then dip into the pistachios.

Place the prepared glass under the portafilter and watch as the shot of espresso free pours.
