6 large eggs
¾ cup (180 ml) thickened cream
115 g vintage cheddar cheese
grated
1 green onion
thinly sliced
1 clove garlic
crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 Tuscan cabbage stalks
leaves removed from stalks, leaves coarsely chopped, discard stalks
170 g marinated artichokes
drained, halved

Instructions

Combine eggs and cream in a large bowl. Add half the cheese, green onion and garlic and season to taste.

Lightly grease a 24cm round microwave-safe dish. Arrange Tuscan cabbage over the base of the dish and pour over the egg mixture. Scatter with artichokes and remaining cheese.

Press Fast Combi and set 180°C for 30 minutes. Place dish in Combi Crisp pan and place in microwave in high position. Press Start to begin cooking.

Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
