Ingredients


Measurements:

  • ½ cup (2 oz) oat bran
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 (5½ oz) medjool dates

    pitted

  • 2 (9½ oz) medium bananas

    peeled and halved

  • 3¼ cups (26 fl oz) chilled unsweetened almond milk
  • ¾ cup (6 oz) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into glasses and serve.
    Tip: For a dairy free option change the Greek yogurt to coconut yogurt
