Ingredients
Measurements:
- ½ cup (2 oz) oat bran
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 8 (5½ oz) medjool dates
pitted
- 2 (9½ oz) medium bananas
peeled and halved
- 3¼ cups (26 fl oz) chilled unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup (6 oz) plain Greek yogurt
- 1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into glasses and serve.Tip: For a dairy free option change the Greek yogurt to coconut yogurt
