Ingredients


Measurements:

  • oat bran icon
    ½ cup (2 oz) oat bran
  • chia seeds icon
    2 tbsp chia seeds
  • medjool dates icon
    8 (5½ oz) medjool dates

    pitted

  • medium banana icon
    2 (9½ oz) medium bananas

    peeled and halved

  • chilled unsweetened almond milk icon
    3¼ cups (26 fl oz) chilled unsweetened almond milk
  • plain Greek yogurt icon
    ¾ cup (6 oz) plain Greek yogurt
  • honey or maple syrup (optional) icon
    1½ tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into glasses and serve.
    Tip: For a dairy free option change the Greek yogurt to coconut yogurt
