Green Orange and Mango Smoothie

- 4 (7½ oz) large Tuscan kale leaves
- 2½ cups (20 fl oz) chilled coconut water
- 1 (9 oz) medium ripe avocado
- 2 (16 oz) medium navel oranges
peeled, rind and seeds removed, halved
- 1½ cups (7 oz) frozen mango pieces
- 1Cut or tear the kale leaves from the stalks. Add to the blender jar with the remaining ingredients and secure the lid.
- 2Select the GREEN SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into glasses and serve.
