  • 2½ cups (12¼ oz) frozen chopped mango
  • ¾ cup (6¼ oz) reduced fat vanilla yogurt or coconut milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled milk, almond, rice or soy milk


  • 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
