How to perform a clear water backflush

A clear water backflush is an important part of the daily cleaning and maintenance of your Oracle® machine, and we recommend performing one after every coffee-making session as it will help remove any residual oils from the espresso paths. 
First, empty the drip tray and insert the gray silicone cleaning disc included with the machine into the filter basket. Next, insert the portafilter into the group head and then press the 2 CUP button. 
Allow pressure to build for about 20 seconds and then stop the extraction. Water will then discharge back into the drip tray. 
Repeat this process 3 or 4 more times and you'll have completed a clear water blackflush.
