Blade system

Four blades reduce processing time by cuting on separate planes. The micro-serrated Quad ®Blade System delivers swift action for consistent chopping, mixing, and processing of a variety of ingredients.

Multiple chute options

The extra-wide feed chute cuts longer slices and makes processing faster and easier. The mini feed chute prevents long thin ingredients like carrots from tipping over during slicing.

Variable slicing disc

The variable slicing disc has 24 setting settings from paper thin 0.3mm to thick cut 8.0mm.

Safety interlock system

Prevents the motor from operating unless the bowl and lid are correctly locked in position, and large feed pusher is inserted.

Safety breaking system

Rapidly stops if lid is unexpectedly opened.

Easy storage

The convenient Storage Box houses all attachments for convenient storage when not in use.
