The Pizza Pan is compatible with our Smart Oven® (US) / Smart Oven™ (CA) models (800, 900 Series & Pizzaiolo BPZ800). The 12'' carbon steel pizza pan is 1.8'' deep. The 7.5" quick release handle is ideal for placing the pan in the oven quickly and easily.
