Learn how to properly extract espresso for your machine.

Espresso Extraction

Join professional barista Leo Schmidt as she explains how to extract the best shot of espresso so you can enjoy third wave specialty coffee at home.
To create a balanced espresso shot using The Oracle® Touch, you need to find the optimal extraction, which baristas call "dialing in." This is where choosing the right grind size is essential.

Getting your first extraction right

You'll feel like a professional barista when you create the perfect cup of Americano directly from your own home. To brew an Americano with your top-of-the-line Oracle® Touch, select 'Americano' from the Drinks menu.
