Unboxing and parts

With the 4 keys formula found in every Breville espresso machine, the Oracle® Touch provides the precision you need for brewing barista-standard espresso in your own kitchen.
In this video, our host will go over the essentials for brewing espresso, including dose, extraction, and steam pressure. You’ll also get step-by-step directions on detailed setup and first use instructions.

Setting up your machine

Simply select the touch screen guide on your Oracle® Touch and it will guide you step by step on how to make your first coffee. Understand and learn how to customize it to your taste and preferences.

How to use the interface

Hard water, or water with a higher mineral content, can cause scale to build up faster in your machine. Checking for water hardness is an essential part of the machine setup for your Oracle® Touch as the hardness of your water can impact the flavor of your coffee.
