Measurements:

  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • medium cold brew shot icon
    Medium cold brew shot
  • coconut water icon
    125 ml coconut water
  • coconut flakes icon
    Coconut flakes

    toasted, to garnish

For the matcha cream

  • matcha powder icon
    1 tsp matcha powder
  • boiling water icon
    1 tbsp boiling water
  • thickened cream icon
    50 ml thickened cream
  • caster sugar icon
    2 tsp caster sugar

Instructions

  • 1To make the matcha cream, combine the matcha powder and boiling water in a small glass. Allow to cool.
  • 2Meanwhile, place the cream and sugar in a measuring jug. Add the cooled matcha mixture and whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 3Fill a medium serving glass with ice. Add the cold brew and coconut water, then top with the matcha cream. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, to serve.
