Measurements:
20 g osmanthus sugar syrup
Ice cubesto serve
150 ml full cream milk
1 double shot cold espresso
Dried osmanthus flowersto serve
For the osmanthus cream
40 ml thickened cream
10 g osmanthus sugar syrup
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tsp full cream milk
Instructions
- 1To make the osmanthus cream, place the cream, osmanthus sugar syrup, sugar and milk in a measuring jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Place the osmanthus sugar syrup in the bottom of a medium serving glass. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
- 3Pour over the espresso and top with the osmanthus cream. Garnish with dried osmanthus flowers to serve.
