  • salted caramel sauce icon

  • full cream milk icon
    180 ml full cream milk
  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso
  • freshly cracked pepper icon
    Freshly cracked pepper

For the salted caramel cream cheese

  • thickened cream icon
    60 ml thickened cream
  • cream cheese icon
    40 g cream cheese

    at room temperature

  • full cream milk icon
    2 tsp full cream milk
  • salted caramel sauce icon
    1 tsp salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  • 1To make the salted caramel cream cheese, place the cream, cream cheese, milk and salted caramel sauce in a measuring jug. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with salted caramel sauce. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
  • 3Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the salted caramel cream cheese. Garnish with pepper and sea salt flakes, to serve.
