250 g cooked chicken
cut into 1cm pieces
1 small green apple

Instructions

Place the chicken, apple, celery, walnuts and parsley in a bowl and mix to combine.

Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
