Measurements:

  • ricotta cheese icon
    200 g ricotta cheese
  • honey icon
    2 tbsp (30 g) honey
  • pinch of ground cardamom icon
    Pinch of ground cardamom
  • crumpet icon
    4 crumpets
  • strawberry jam icon
    2 tbsp (30 g) strawberry jam
  • strawberries icon
    8 strawberries

    cut into 5mm slices

  • icing sugar icon
    Icing sugar

    to dust

Instructions

  • 1Place the ricotta, honey and cardamom in a bowl and whisk to combine and aerate.
  • 2Place the crumpets in the toaster with the bubbled side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.
    Tip: Select your preferred toasting shade.
  • 3Spread each crumpet with strawberry jam, then top with a generous layer of whipped ricotta. Add the strawberries and finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
