1 lungo shot cold espresso

120 ml whole milk
60 ml thick caramel syrup
plus extra to garnish
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
60 g ice-cubes
Coffee beans
to garnish
Instructions
1Place the cold espresso, milk, caramel syrup, ice cream and ice in a blender and blend until combined.
2Drizzle the inside of a short serving glass with the extra caramel syrup. Fill with the caramel espresso frappe and garnish with coffee beans.
