30 ml unsweetened coconut cream
15 ml simple syrup
Ice-cubes

1 double shot cold espresso

15 ml vanilla syrup
30 ml Malibu
50 ml water
Edible rose petals

Instructions
1Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
