Measurements:

  • heavy cream icon
    60 ml heavy cream
  • whole milk icon
    15 ml whole milk
  • granulated sugar icon
    1½ tsp granulated sugar
  • ground cinnamon icon
    ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon

    plus extra to garnish

  • caramel syrup icon
    30 ml caramel syrup

  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of the caramel syrup in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Fill a medium-size glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining caramel syrup. To serve, top with the cinnamon cream mixture and garnish with extra ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
