Chocolate sauceto garnish
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 shot espressobeanz.com recommends Bird Rock, The Optimist Blend
15 ml Baileys Irish cream

Smear the inside of a short coffee glass with chocolate sauce and place the ice cream in the glass.

Brew the espresso over the Baileys in a separate glass, then pour over the ice cream to serve.
