1 double shot cold espresso

15 ml Baileys Irish cream
15 ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
60 ml heavy cream
60 ml whole milk
Ice-cubes
Thick chocolate syrup
to garnish
Savoiardi lady fingers

Instructions
1Place the cold espresso, Baileys, Kahlua, cream and milk in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and replace the lid. Vigorously shake until combined.
2Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup, then strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass. Serve with a savioardi lady finger and garnish with coffee beans.
