Ingredients

Measurements:

1 tsp Earl Grey tea leaves
100 ml boiling water
30 ml sugar syrup
20 ml fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
to serve
100 ml soda water
1 small cold brew
1 lemon
sliced to garnish
Fresh mint
to garnish

Instructions

Combine the tea leaves and boiling water in a liquid measuring cup. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Allow to cool.

Combine the simple syrup and lemon juice in a tall serving glass. Add some ice cubes, then top with soda water and the cooled tea.

Finish with the cold brew and garnish with lemon slices and mint to serve.
