Probe thermometer technology
An integrated probe can be used in thermometer mode to feedback temperature, or in Probe Control mode which drives the cooker to get to and hold the set temperature. The probe contains a multi-sensor tip that measures temperature 20 times a second, with electronic feedback and PID technology to deliver unparalleled precision 86°F~482°F.
Control heat intensity
When cooking delicate dishes you often need to raise the temperature slowly to allow the heat to distribute evenly or to control a simmer to just the right bubbling. The heat intensity control allows you to adjust the intensity while keeping the temperature constant.
